Keeping the class even if it's 90º outside

You asked for summer, but now that summer has arrived (and it's burning hot outside) one doubt comes to mind: what should I wear to keep my dignity looking stylish? From flowing dresses to classic linen sets, the tip here is the same for every summer - it doesn't matter the fashion trends - we must look for lightweight, breathable fabrics like cotton and linen. Made with natural fibers, they will not only allow any breezes to pass through your clothes and cool the skin, but also allow your sweat to escape and evaporate.

Always opt for loose-fitting silhouettes like maxi dresses and consider cropped pants, culottes, rompers or wide-leg trousers for better ventilation as well. You can add a denim jacket for a breezy summer night to complete your look too. And remember, the more breathable the fabric, the better, as air will circulate consistently and, in turn, maintain your body temperature, regardless of how hot it is outside.

Check out my idea for a summer-ready outfit to wear in a heatwave.

Choose light colors, once they reflect the sun's rays keeping you cool. Light and pastel shades are more recommended, for example: white, tan or khaki - these refreshing colors will help you creating a breezy summer look.
